About SMCA
A neighborhood maintained by the neighbors who live here.
SMCA is a Mission Bend subdivision of 543 family-style homes, built in 1979 by David Weekley, Standard Pacific, Hontex, and Radex, alongside several custom-built properties. Conveniently positioned in Southwest Houston near the intersection of Highway 6 and Beechnut, our neighborhood offers easy access to local shopping centers, restaurants, the Energy Corridor, and rapidly expanding medical facilities. With a community pool, tennis courts, and Ambrose Park, residents enjoy a quiet, well-connected lifestyle.
San Miguel Civic Association is a non-profit, volunteer based organization that is dedicated to improving the quality of life and enforcing the Deed Restrictions of our neighborhood. The SMCA Board of Directors will make parliamentary decisions for the good of our neighborhood. All homeowners will be treated equally and impartially. Property values and financial soundness are the main responsibility of the elected Board of Directors. Managing and interpreting the association's deed restrictions and by-laws to the best of their ability is the philosophy of the SMCA Board.
