For our residents

Amenities

SMCA residents enjoy a community pool, tennis courts, Ambrose Park, and neighborhood trash pickup.

Community Pool

Our seasonal neighborhood pool is a summer favorite for families. Residents in good standing may request pool access through the property manager.

Tennis Courts

On-site tennis courts are available for resident use. Please be respectful of neighbors and other players using the courts.

Ambrose Park

The park offers vast fields, perfect for playing football and baseball games, swings and playground for younger kids, a 1/4 mile walking path around the diameter of the park.

For pool access, questions, or maintenance reports, contact jodi@propertymastershouston.com or call 281-556-5111 x100.
