2021 Swimming Pool Schedule

Pool Registration

If you are a new homeowner or resident of SMCA and wish to use the pool, please contact Jodi Rohr at jodi@propertymastershouston.com or call 281-556-5111 X100. The SMCA pool is for SMCA members in good standing only and you will need to register and pay a small, one-time fee in order to use it. Pool ID is required. If you currently have an ID card you do not need to register or purchase another.

Everyone 9 years or older must have a Pool ID if planning to attend the pool without their parents. If you or your tenant will be registering you must provide proof of residency (for example a utility bill, current lease, drivers license.) Only family members that reside at this address can register for Pool IDs. The falsifying of any registration information will result in the loss of family pool privileges.

Pool Rules

Please remember that the lifeguards are employed to ensure the safety of the swimmers and to maintain orderly use of the pool. They have the authority to expel from the pool area anyone violating the rules or endangering the safety of themselves or other person(s).

Disciplinary action by the aquatic staff, Board of Directors, or management will be enforced for abuse or disregard of the above rules and regulations. Two major violations of the above rules will result in loss of family pool privileges for the remainder of the season.

Por favor recuerde que los guarda-vidas han sido contratados para velar por la seguridad de los bañistas y mantener el uso adecuado de la piscina. Ellos poseen la autoridad para expulsar del área de la piscina a cualquier individuo que viole estas regulaciones y que pongan en peligro la seguridad de otras personas y de ellos mismos.

Dos violaciones mayors de las reglas descritas arriba resultará en pérdida de los privilegios para la familia para el uso de la piscina por el resto de la temporada.

San Miguel Civic Association is a non-profit, volunteer based organization that is dedicated to improving the quality of life and enforcing the Deed Restrictions of our neighborhood. The S.M.C.A. Board of Directors will make parliamentary decisions for the good of our neighborhood. All homeowners will be treated equally and impartially. Property values and financial soundness are the main responsibility of the elected Board of Directors. Managing and interpreting the association's deed restrictions and by-laws to the best of their ability is the philosophy of the SMCA Board.
