Tennis Courts
If you wish to use the tennis courts and you need a court key, please contact Jodi Rohr at jodi@propertymastershouston.com or call 281-556-5111 X100. The SMCA tennis courts are for SMCA members in good standing only and you will need to pay a small fee of $11 for a key.
Anything that damages the surface of the tennis courts such as skateboarding, biking, roller skating, etc. is not permitted. You may only wear soft-soled shoes..
When using the tennis courts at night please turn off the lights before leaving.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in the revoking of your key. A refund will not be administered.

San Miguel Civic Association is a non-profit, volunteer based organization that is dedicated to improving the quality of life and enforcing the Deed Restrictions of our neighborhood. The S.M.C.A. Board of Directors will make parliamentary decisions for the good of our neighborhood. All homeowners will be treated equally and impartially. Property values and financial soundness are the main responsibility of the elected Board of Directors. Managing and interpreting the association's deed restrictions and by-laws to the best of their ability is the philosophy of the SMCA Board.
