Welcome to San Miguel Civic Association

Dedicated to Improving Your Quality of Life

San Miguel is a Mission Bend subdivision of 553 family-style homes located in SW Houston in Fort Bend County off Hwy 6 and Beechnut. Our subdivision was built in the late 1970s by David Weekly, Standard Pacific, Hontex and Radex along with some custom built homes. It is close to many shopping centers and restaurants and conveniently placed for the Energy Corridor and the rapidly expanding West Houston Medical facilities. San Miguel has a pool, tennis courts and Ambrose Park, making for extra enjoyment for our residents.

San Miguel Civic Association is a non-profit, volunteer based organization that is dedicated to improving the quality of life and enforcing the Deed Restrictions of our neighborhood. The SMCA Board of Directors will make parliamentary decisions for the good of our neighborhood. All homeowners will be treated equally and impartially. Property values and financial soundness are the main responsibility of the elected Board of Directors. Managing and interpreting the association's deed restrictions and by-laws to the best of their ability is the philosophy of the SMCA Board.

San Miguel Board Members meet on the last Tuesday of every month (except in March, July and December) at 5:45 PM at the ***Community Fire Department, 16003 Bellaire Blvd, Houston TX 77083. Anyone needing to discuss issues or wanting to know more please feel free to attend. Anyone wanting a monthly email reminder of the meeting please send an email to jodi@propertymastershouston.com with the subject line "Meeting Reminder Requested" and include your name, address and subdivision.
